Returns

• You can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges aren't refunded. We recommend a trackable service.
• Custom orders made to your specific request can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

How to start a return

1. Email us at moonsandmeadows@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with the return address.
3. Once the item arrives back in its original condition, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days.

Damaged or wrong item

Every piece is packed carefully, but if your order arrives broken or isn't what you ordered, email moonsandmeadows@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. You don't need to send the item back.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been made or shipped yet. Email moonsandmeadows@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll refund you in full.
